While there were a few Mahogany Strats made back in the good old "vintage" days, they are exceptionally rare beasts. And you know what? They're still pretty hard to come by even with all the modern Strat clones. The Mahogany body and neck give you a appealingly strong mid-range with a nice vintage "honk" that other "S" style guitars don't have. As I've mentioned elsewhere , the only guitar I've taken home in the past seven years is an LsL Korina T style that sounds like a million bucks. Well, this one is in that vein. I'm itching to swipe this one too, it's that good.
