Description

This is a 1986/87 Mosrite Ventures Model Handmade by Semie Moseley in North Carolina in 1986/87. In 2001 the estate of the Vice President of Mosrite International, Inc sold 37 "Unsold Stock" Mosrite Guitars that had been stored in Morganton North Carolina on ebay. The guitars came with a brown Alligator G&G hardshell case that the estate had made exclusively for the sale of these guitars. This guitar, Serial # 00686, comes with a "Notorized" verification of Authenticity and it being Unsold Stock (see photo). The document also mentions Semie Moseley's handwritten signature on the back of the headstock which has faded considerably and barely visible. Also included with the guitar are copies of other documents such as notes by Semie and various 1986 Invoices for guitars from Worldwide Piano Distributers in Ontario Canada. There is also an original Guitar Sweater that came with the guitar. Condition is Very Near Mint with one tiny ding behind the bridge (see photo). This is a Unique Piece of Mosrite History and a Fabulous Playing and Sounding Guitar as Semie intended it to be.
