2001 Fender Telecaster '72 Thinline Surf Green

Used 2001 Fender Telecaster ’72 Thinline serial number MZ0209097.

This guitar is in very good condition, neck and frets are fine. Cosmetically there are some “nicks & marks” around the body edges and some light belt buckle scratches. None of the buckle scratches are through the finish. Many most likely could be buffed out.

The Thinline Telecaster was introduced in 1968 with its iconic single f hole, it then began carving a niche into history.

The '72 Tele Thinline features a warmer and rounder, semi-hollow ash body, "U"-shape maple neck, Bullet truss rod, '70s vintage hardtail strings-through Strat bridge, three-bolt neckplate, and two Fender "Wide Range" humbucking pickups. The Thinline Tele not only has a sound all its own, but it's also lighter and quite enjoyable to play.
