This guitar is in very good condition, neck and frets are fine. Cosmetically showing playing time without abuse.
There is a small amount binding cracking (see photos). Overall, this guitar presents very well.
The Artist 2618 and variants that followed, are beautiful well-crafted instruments. Ibanez raised the bar with the Artist line. Many regard the 2618 as a “Les Paul killer”. The attention to build quality, the excellent response from the pickups, the playability of the two octave neck, all adds up to a fine instrument that is somewhat undervalued.
These Artist models are becoming more popular as time goes on, and really are quite desirable.
