This Fender 1960 Relic Stratocaster was made in the Fender Custom Shop in 2003 by renowned Master Builder Dennis Galuszka. The guitar features a beautiful Relic Candy Apple Red with matching headstock finish and a fantastic flamed maple and slab board neck with a very nice chunky C profile. Its a bit odd that a slab board Strat would have a matching headstock and a chucky C neck profile but the Fender Custom Shop did tend to take liberties with their Master builds so who are we to question their infinite wisdom. All of the parts appear to be original except it has been fitted with Seymour Duncan Antiquities, refretted with jumbos that have a ton of life left in them and has a new bone nut. Unfortunately the COA and case candy are missing from the guitar as this was used in a working band. The guitar weighs 7 lbs 10.7 oz and comes with a brown Tolex with gold interior Fender hard case which we believe is original to the guitar.
