Description

This Gibson L1 was made in the USA in 1918, so it recently turned 100. It looks pretty good for its age. There are numerous dings and dents and a few well repaired cracks. The frets appear to be 100 years old as well (original) and they show lots of wear. The guitar plays fairly well but the frets are low and flat and it would certainly play better with a refret. That said it has been pro-setup and does play decently as-is with nice action, and it sounds good too. It comes with the chipboard case in the pictures which looks to be about 30 years younger than the guitar.
