1963 Gibson SG Special Cherry Red

This Gibson SG Special was made in the USA in 1963. The finish is original and it has never been broken or repaired, but it does have some modifications that bring the price down. It is loaded with a pair of Duncan Antiquity P-90s. It previously had Dimarzio soapbar humbuckers in it. While these pickups did not require the the pickup cavities to be widened, they did require them to be slightly deepened. The tuners and bridge on this guitar are changed and not original along with the switch tip & poker chip. The other parts are original. The guitar has a large profile '63 neck with a full 1 and 11/16th inch nut width. It weighs just under 6 pounds. It has been pro-setup in our store and plays great. It comes with a non original case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
