We ship our product fully insured via Fed Ex or UPS for all destinations. As the costs vary greatly between the different services available, please get in touch so we can work out the best arrangement for your needs. Shipping costs will be added to the total value of the order by prior agreement.

We are fully aware that no matter how well an instrument is described and pictured from every angle, an approval period is necessary for peace of mind. Any Return must be mutually approved between the buyer and us within 48 hours of delivery of the instrument. Instruments will be refunded in full upon return and inspection, minus shipping charges. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Buyer is fully responsible for the instrument during approval period. To simplify the procedure, we can arrange collection and delivery on behalf of the customer. Shipping is non­-refundable unless an item as been erroneously described.
