Items purchased and shipped: All items are clearly and accurately described. Please feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase. All shipped items have 24 hour inspection/trial period. If you wish to return an item we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. Customer pays shipping and brokerage. Paul’s Boutique has a 24 hour inspection period before issuing repayment. In the event of damage during shipping, original packaging absolutely MUST be kept for inspection. This is imperative as Canada Post will not refund insurance value to you without seeing original packaging. International shipments returned to us must be insured for the full retail price of the item but must have a declared value for customs of $0.
