We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and wire transfers for merchandise shipped within the continental U.S. borders. All checks must clear prior to shipping. We will ship only to the verified address of the card being used by the Customer, and we require signature upon delivery receipt. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all Special Order Instruments. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to pre-purchase any instrument already placed on order by Atlanta Premier Guitars. We accept only wire transfers for merchandise shipped outside the continental U.S. borders. This info will be given as needed.

Pickers Paradise Guitars offers shipping by Priority Mail, & UPS. Shipping and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer, including all insurance claims. Due to the LACEY Act I will not ship Brazilian Guitars outside the U.S. Borders.

Please read carefully in its entirety. Pickers Paradise Guitars offers a 48 hour approval period from receipt of delivery on all shipments with the exceptions of (1.) Layaway Deposits (2.) Special Order Deposits or Deposits on Advance Purchase of Guitars Already on Order, and (3.) Items shipped outside the U.S. borders, (4) All Amplifier Sales. No refunds will be issued on Amplifier Sales, Advance Pre-Ordered purchases, Layaway Items, Special Ordered Items or Merchandise shipped outside the continental borders of the United States. For items shipped within the US borders we will offer an exchange or refund minus: (1.) Freight and insurance to the Customer from Pickers Paradise Guitars and from the Customer returning merchandise to Pickers Paradise Guitars, which are totally the responsibility of the customer, and (2.) all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. To return an item the following 4 criteria must be met: 1. Call us within the 48 hour approval period for a return authorization code. We will not accept returns without this code. 2. Repackage the instrument including all original blank warranty cards, and all other items originally shipped with the instrument. The instrument must be returned to us in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer. 3. The Customer is responsible for all freight, including insuring the return package at full retail price. All insurance claims are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 4. Pickers Paradise Guitars must be notified with a shipment tracking number within 72 hours of initial receipt by the Customer. This is giving the 48 hour approval time plus an additional day to arrange for shipment back to us. A refund will be issued only after the returned merchandise is received in original undamaged condition and inspected by Pickers Paradise Guitars.
