My other book is Back in print!
"My Grandfather and Albert Einstein," by Joan Brill & Ron Rothman

For all that have been asking, I had a 3rd printing of "My Grandfather and Albert Einstein,"
Now you can read about the stories that have become legend on Eastern Long Island. This book is about the unique relationship between Albert Einstein and my Grandfather David Rothman. Anecdotes and diary footnotes that give insight about the man who befriended Einstein during the summer of 1939. Book will be signed by Ron Rothman and shipped from Rothman's Dept. Store where Einstein spent time that summer, which he said was one of the best of his life and owed it to David Rothman's initiative. Book is new, stories are interesting, and Joan Rothman Brill does a wonderful job of conveying the essence of this unique relationship.

Although we have closed our (main st.) physical store, we are the legacy of a 100+ year old General Store that had been involved in Buying and Selling Guitars, Banjos and other
instruments. One of the most unique Department Stores you could have experienced. One of Southold's local fixtures, with a lot of history. People like Albert Einstein and Benjamin Britten shopped and hung out at our store, among many other famous and not so famous people.
Established in 1918 we were dealers of Martin guitars and offered one of the best selections of Used and vintage guitars on Long Island. Located on the the North Fork of Eastern LI in the heart of wine country, people would come out to visit from all over. Since downsizing with no longer have a Main St. location. Open when we want or by appointment in the Historic Petty Blacksmith Shop, 340 Mechanic St. around the corner from our original store, (now Einstein Square.)
