The Twelfth Fret
The Twelfth Fret Guitarists' Pro Shop - We Ship Worldwide
We're in Toronto, Canada, so if you're in our shop, all prices are posted in Canadian dollars.
For our GBase listings, we've converted all prices from Canadian to US dollars.
On January 14 2016, that rate is set to 1.4%. For example, 1000 Canadian is $714.28 US dollars.
Shipping and any applicable taxes or duties are not included in the listed prices. Instruments purchased from US or other non-Canadian locations are not subject to Canadian taxes.
Established in 1977, The Twelfth Fret was started to provide repair, restoration refinishing and custom guitars to professional guitarists.
You can read an expanded history at this link:
1. We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online payment processor. We do use 3d Secure, aka Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. If the card cannot be verified through this method, shipping delays may occur. 2. We accept wire transfers - please contact us for details. 3. We do not accept cheques. Our banks hold cheques far too long for this to be useful. 4. In person we're happy to accept cash or verified debit cards. 5. Normally, on our own website (www.12fret.com) we list prices primarily in Canadian dollars. On Gbase, we've converted the Canadian prices to US dollars at a 1.3% exchange rate. This rate is subject to change, reflecting current currency conversion rates.
Our primary carrier is FedEx. We also use Canada Post where rates or delivery schedules may provide better service to our customers. While we try hard to ship promptly, we will hold shipments if we determine that weather issues may cause damage to the shipped item.
Returns of Guitars, mandolins, banjos, amplifiers etc. All sales are final. We have a no-returns policy with a number of exceptions. To view our full return policy, and Terms and Conditions, please see the page at the link below: http://www.12fret.com/the-twelfth-fret-terms-and-conditions/
