Description

This is a thin-bodied late '50s single cutaway showstopper with one of the most ridiculous sounding P-90 you’ll ever have the pleasure of hearing! It’s one of those single pickup guitars that you wouldn’t even consider the possibility of a second pickup. It is slightly more deluxe-feeling than the ES-125s with inlay dots and binding on the neck. These guitars were the early predecessor to the ES-330s of the late '50s. This one has all the original parts minus the replacement tuners. There is one small piece of finish reglued on the front of the headstock where the low E string tower is located. It is a very light cosmetic blemish that doesn’t affect its playability at all. There is also what looks like the imprint of a strap on the back of the body that was left in the case at some point. The binding has yellowed a bit and the bottom strap peg has been replaced with a white plastic one. On the back of the neck there is a small ding in the finish around the 7th/8th fret. Comes with hardshell case.
