2002 Rickenbacker 4003 Fireglo, Very Good, Original Hard, $1,850.00

This exceptional fireglo finsh Rickenbacker bass is in almost pristine condition. The finish still sparkles as if it just rolled of the production line. The one-piece maple neck sports a 33” neck scale and is 1 11/16th” at the nut. This one has the bright springy tone these are best known for while also being able to keep it mellow with the two separate pickups and controls. The neck radius is a medium rounded C-shape with 20 frets that are in nice condition showing only minimal wear for a nearly 12 year old instrument. The 3-piece maple body has great sustain. The bleach white binding and guard are as eye catching as it gets, accentuating the amber and red glow of this fantastic bass. The pickup surrounds are replacements. Equipped with two unique inputs (both standard and the stereo Ric-O-Sound feature) this one is a classic in a long line of fabulous and fine instruments from Rickenbacker. It’s been set-up by our in-store tech and has great action and intonation.
