* SOLD * Original 1953 to 59 Burst PAF conversion with a Monster top. The conversion started with an original 1953 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop that had no breaks, cracks or repairs. Conversion work includes: retop with old flame maple, neck reset, neck tenon changed to 4 degrees, plug and route for humbuckers, guitar weighs 8lbs 4 oz. Lots of original and 50's parts and include: All mahogany body & neck wood, neck binding and inlays, Headstock face kept, strap buttons, truss rod cover, recut original pickguard, bracket, 58 switch, 58 harness, 58 switch tip, 58 pots, 58 knobs, Early 63 Pat # that have 62 PAF Bobbins and are the same as a 62 PAF, input jack, Pat Applied Grover tuners, original HS case. Repro parts are: ThroBak rings, Callaham ABR1 bridge and Creamtone tailpiece, Retrospec 1' bushings and 1-1/2" studs, Refret with Jescar 6100 fret size and ivory nut.
