Description

Summary: This double cutaway guitar has just been setup and restrung with a new set of 10s by our in-house guitar tech. Its a unique guitar, half tele, half LP Jr. with a thick maple neck and active on-board boost for the single humbucker in the bridge position as well as a coil split for single coil tones. This guitar has a fair amount of wear and tear but it is playing and sounding great.

Body: Solid double-cutaway body with natural finish.

Neck: Thick maple neck with maple fingerboard, end of heel truss rod adjustment, 1.675” nut width and 25.5” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: It has a humbucker pickup with volume, tone, coil split toggle and an active on board preamp switch for a boost, brass bridge, string-through-body bridge, mini Grover tuners and brass nut.

Cosmetics: There is a crack in the body that someone glued at some point but has crept open slightly. It doesnt affect the playability and appears structurally stable. There is a fair amount of wear through the finish on the fingerboard, there are plenty of small nicks, dings and pick scratches around the guitar and some tarnishing on the hardware.  There is a small hole on the front of the headstock near the E tuning key that looks like someone installed a second string tree at some time but then took it back out.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in good shape with no major grooves or divots from use.

Weight: 8 lbs, 4 oz.

Case: There is no case but we will ship it professionally packed and fully insured!
