We are an authorized Epiphone dealer and this instrument came to us marked "Factory 2nd" due to some wear and tear surrounding the tuning keys. The Alex Lifeson Les Paul Axcess from Epiphone is designed to similarly redefine and push the limits of a classic Les Paul. Balancing traditional tones with performance versatility, the Alex Lifeson Les Paul is equipped with powerful Epiphone and Ceramic Pro neck and ProBucker 3 bridge pickups with coil splitting options as well as a Graph Tech Floyd Rose system that delivers amazingly efficient vibrato. Whether you want to access traditional humbucker tones, mix it up with coil-split options, or blend acoustic and magnetic voices, the Alex Lifeson Axcess has nearly limitless depths of tonal variety. It can be routed through a traditional mono jack or two cables can be used for individual and piezo outputs. Even with these modern tweaks, the Alex Lifeson Axcess still exudes the timeless look of a Les Paul.

In the event of any return the buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction. In the event a return is requested on an item prior to shipment or delivery a 10% restocking fee will be deducted at our sole discretion. All returns must be approved by phone or email and must be returned in the exact condition they left our store. Any item returned not in the same condition it left our store is subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion. For logistical reasons we are unable to accept returns on any transaction involving a trade, both in store and online. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer's expense.
