~1973 to 1975 Epiphone ET-275 Sunburst

Summary: This rare Epiphone was only made from 1973 until 1975 & this one is in really great shape for its age. This guitar has a new set of strings & it is ready to be played and loved for years to come!

Body: Solid body double cutaway with a 3 tone sunburst finish, and white pickguard.

Neck: The bolt on maple neck has a center stripe, black nut, rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots, 21 frets, 24.75” scale length and 1.64” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: Dual Humbucker guitar with 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3 way toggle, unique vibrato unit with white plastic roller saddles.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in pretty good shape for its age but does have some minor blemishes. The frets have a small amount of wear, mostly in the first few frets but it doesn’t impede playability. There are a few nicks and dings on the body and a couple small cracks in the pickguard around the tone knob and toggle switch. The finish has flaked off the center stripe on the back of the neck and it is detectable to the touch but it does not affect playability. There are a few splits in the cutaways where the body pieces have shrunk away from each other but they are stable.

Playability: Our in house luthier has just inspected, set up and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s and it is playing beautifully with low action and a straight neck. The frets are in good shape with tons of life left in them

Modifications: Replaced tuners, strap buttons and an extra hole drilled by the truss rod cover.
