Description

Designed to capitalize on the "folk boom" of the early and mid 1960's, The Epiphone Troubadour combines elements of a traditional steel string guitar with construction methods usually found on classical guitars. This included a 2" nut width, 12-fret neck joint with the body, and lighter top bracing. The result is a guitar with a huge sound and a wider neck making fingerpicking a breeze. Built by Gibson in Kalamazoo, this guitar features a beautiful maple body with a spruce top, and a factory "Double White" pickguard, and includes an original Epiphone chipboard case. This guitar is free from any cracks or repairs and plays perfectly all the way up the neck. Despite the unusual nut width and construction this is easily one of the best sounding 1960's Kalamzoo flat tops we've heard These almost never appear for sale and this is one of the best we've had!
