1960 Epiphone Wilshire Cherry

An incredible example of this rare, Kalamazoo-made Epiphone Wilshire! This 1960 model features the early "bikini" style Epiphone logo with a great playing, early '60/ late '59 neck profile, and two incredible "soap bar" P90 pickups, as well as the original chipboard case. With an original ABR-1 bridge and stop tailpiece, this guitar offers the same great feel and tone of a Les Paul Special with better intonation, while the double cutaway body allows for complete access to every fret. Like all of these "Golden Era" mahogany guitars, this instrument is incredible resonant and lightweight, and this is one of the cleanest to come through recently.
