This is a really rad Strat! Numbered as #2 of 20 built, a "Custom 10/56 Relic Stratocaster" that is of Masterbuilt quality with the wildest neck and a killer set of specs.  It does appear to be a John Cruz Masterbuilt guitar.
First, the aged Desert Sand finish is just too cool, especially with the gold anodized pickguard.

I looked everywhere and cannot find another of the 20 listed as an available or a sold guitar.

The guitar is in nearly new condition, having been stashed for years.  It is a killer piece with one of the most figured necks I've seen on a Fender.

Built and relic'd during the famous Cunetto era - the period from 1995 to 1999 when Vince Cunetto brought the first Relic guitars to market, changing Fender and guitar making forever.  John Cruz stamped his name on the neck heel as well.

The guitar plays perfect and sounds amazing.  The anodized guard definitely adds a spice to the tone that separates it a bit from a standard Strat.

All the original paperwork is included in the original case.  Included also is the price tag and purchase receipt from 2006, when it was purchased from Guitar Center as a used item.

A killer collector's piece!
