Maybe one of these days, Reverb will add the term "near mint" to their description choices because this Vintera Strat is about as close as you can get. It's like that perfect beautiful woman that walks down the street- no matter how hard you may try, you just cannot find a single flaw in her and yep, she's "perfect." That doesn't happen very often in life, but this guitar is exactly like that situation: I can't find anything wrong with it.

It plays and sounds fantastic, there's just no other way to put it. I love the feel of the neck and the Pau Ferro fretboard is simply gorgeous. The pickups are nice and spanky- no dull or "thuddy" tones here, Folks. You can get all the funky wacka wacka tones you want out of this machine. The finish is top shelf and it's an amazing thing to compare this Mexi Strat to a 10,000.00 Custom Shop guitar. It's funny- they do exactly the same thing and this one more than holds its own against the big boys.

From Fender:

For players who want the style and sound of Fender's golden era, we created the Vintera® '60s Stratocaster®. Equipped with the coveted features that defined the decade - including period-accurate neck profile and playing feel, along with re-voiced pickups - this guitar has all of the chime and articulation that made the Stratocaster a legend.

For authentic, vintage-style tone we recreated the trio of single-coil Stratocaster pickups to sound more like the originals. Crystalline and bell-like, they have the crisp, articulate tone that put Fender on the map. The "Mid '60s C"-shaped neck has a 7.25"-radius fingerboard with 21 vintage-style frets for classic playing feel. A vintage-style, six-point synchronized tremolo and vintage-style tuning machines offer original-era aesthetics, rock-solid performance and tuning stability. Other features include vintage-style strap buttons, chrome hardware and four-bolt neck plate.

That's all she wrote- please take a look at the pictures and let us know if you have any questions. Our U.S. customers will enjoy free shipping, so as always, we thank you for stopping by!
