2009 Fender American Standard Jazz Blizzard Pearl

Summary: This is a wonderful 2009 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass in a Blizzard Pearl finish with a maple neck. This bass was recently set up with a new set of 45-100 strings & the bass plays great up & down the fingerboard.

Body: Solid alder body, double cutaway Jazz bass with a “Blizzard Pearl” finish.

Neck: Graphite reinforced maple neck with black dot inlays, 20 frets, 34” scale length, 1.5” nut width, original Fender open back tuning keys. This bass has a “Modern C” shape with a Gloss Headstock Face with Satin Urethane Finish on Back of Neck.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, original Fender tuning keys, black dot inlays, 2 Jazz single coil pickups, 2 volume knobs & one tone knob & a 3-ply white pickguard.

Cosmetics: This instrument does show a few signs of wear like a ding on the headstock, some pick scratching on the pickguard. There are several dings on this bass guitar that don’t show up very well because this finish hides the imperfections. The “G” string ferrule on the back of the bass is missing (see photo of the back of the body) but it can easily be replaced.

Playability: This bass has a new set of strings & the instrument has been fully adjusted so the action is low & the bass plays great up & down the fingerboard.
