2012 Fender American Standard Stratocaster Mystic Blue

Summary: The American Standard Stratocaster is always an easy choice for a reliable & classy instrument that is made to be played – and it keeps on getting better & better with age. This particular Fender is from 2012 & it has a wonderful "Mystic Blue" finish with lots of little sparkles in the finish once you have it up close.

Body: Solid body double cutaway Stratocaster with a beautiful blue finish & a 3-ply W/B/W pickguard.

Neck: This Fender has a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays, 22 frets, 1 11/16” nut width, 25.5” scale length, replacement Fender locking tuning keys.

Pickups/Hardware: 3 Fender single coil pickups, chrome hardware, silver finished replacement locking Fender tuning keys, white dot inlays, 5-way selector switch, master volume knob, 2 tone knobs.

Cosmetics: This instrument is in really fabulous shape! The finish is really beautiful once you get to hold it up close & see all those sparkles deep within the body! There are a few light scratches on the body if you start looking hard but the dark blue finish overcomes any imperfections. You can’t tell that the tuning keys are replacements – they fit perfect just like the originals would have. The frets are in great shape.

Playability: This is a fantastic playing instrument – the
rosewood fingerboard feels so soft & inviting! The frets are in great shape. We put a new set of 10’s on this Fender & made sure the truss rod is fully functional.

Modifications: The tuning keys have been replaced with Fender locking tuning keys.
