2011 Fender American Standard Telecaster Sunburst

Summary: This USA made Telecaster is a fantastic player with a beautiful ash body and upgraded custom shop pickups. The neck feels comfortable and broken in, while the pickups bring articulate sustain and classic Fender twang. This guitar shows some minor wear but is in overall fine operating condition. It ships in a nice Fender gig-bag, fully padded and insured!

Body: The body is made of ash, finished in a 2 tone sunburst and topped with a 4 ply tortoise pickguard.

Neck: It has a bolt on, one piece maple neck and fretboard with black dots, neck tilt adjustment, closed back tuners, skunk stripe, 25.5” scale length and a 1.675” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: The pickups have been upgraded to a No-caster in the neck and a Pure Vintage ’58 Hand-wound in the bridge. It has a 3 way switch, 1 volume, 1 tone, knurled knobs, nickel hardware and 6 individual “bent steel” saddles.

Cosmetics: There is some wear through the finish around the arm rest area and some chips around the edges here and there but nothing severe. There is a bit of corrosion around the saddles and output jack and some fret-wear going up the fretboard.

Playability: This tele has been set up, inspected and restrung with 10s by our in house luthier and the action is low and comfortable. Although there is a fair amount of fret-wear, the guitar plays great without any issues.

Modifications: Upgraded pickups to a Nocaster in the neck and a Pure Vintage ’58 handwound in the bridge.
