1967 Fender Bassman Head and 2x12 Cabinet Black

The tube chart stamp, QH, dates it to August of 1967. The original transformer codes are from late 1966 and early 1967, and the original potentiometer codes are from 1966.
The amp has been serviced, most recently getting a new set of filter caps on our bench. The original caps will be included. The coupling caps have been replaced as well. Those original parts were not retained.
We tested the Sylvania power tubes on our tester and by playing the amp. They sound great. The preamp tubes are JJs, two of which we added to the amp on its arrival. The power cable was changed to a grounded one when we received the amp.
Cosmetically, the amp is in great shape. Someone did add their driver's license number to the front panel and the back of the chassis as well.
This is an excellent sounding example. It is in really nice shape and includes the original cover.
The speaker cab is loaded with original 1965 Oxfords, the "red plug" ones that I personally love. Oxfords are underrated, and this type really sound great.
