American made, has the word “California” right on the peghead, great shape all around and plays like a champ; what more could you want? It comes with TWO sets of pickups, that’s what, a Fender Original ’57/’62 set, cost someone at least a coupla hunnert bucks with installation, plus the originals. Not only that, but it’s red, just doesn’t get any better'n a red Strat. Has its original Fender hard shell case which is, admittedly, a bit lacking due to funky latches though usable, but hey, you prolly want a gig bag anyway and this outfit is a steal at only $795 w/xohsc
