Fender 1967 Coronado II

This is a rare hollowbody model “Coronado II” from Fender.

This model was designed by Roger Rossmeisl, who also worked for Rickenbacker, and is a “II” model with two microphones.

This is one with tremolo, specially designed and optional for this model, and it has a unique combination of features, including a symmetrical double cutaway body, bolt-on, bound neck, unfixed bridge, block position, and 3-ply gold pickguard.

The nut width is approximately 41mm, with a relatively slim C-shaped neck and long scale neck.

The pickups are original DeArmond single coils.

The toggle switch and arm have been replaced, and the bridge saddle screw for the first string has been replaced.

It is in player's condition with many paint chips, dents, and scratches throughout.

It has been refretted and re-nutted, has no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.

A generic soft case is included.
