This unique Strat gets its name from the two pieces of ash and single piece of alder that make up the Sherwood Green-finished body. The two-wood-body approach gives this guitar a balanced sound with loads of character. The finish has a tasteful relic’ing with authentic-looking wear on the nickel hardware and light simulated crazing on the top and back of the body. The three Fat ‘50s Strat pickups have a clear, glassy sound that have an excellent balance of clarity and tone. The neck has a nice mid-oval “C” shape with a 9.5” radius Indian rosewood fret board. The 21 vintage jumbo (6150) frets are in great shape with no noticeable wear. The Duo Tone weighs in at a comfortable 7 lbs 14 ounces. It has been professionally set-up by our staff tech and is ready to rock!
