2019 Fender Custom Shop '60 Telecaster Custom Heavy Relic Faded Fiesta Red
Offered is this as new 2019 '60 Telecaster Custom built in the Fender Custom Shop. This guitar has been given Fender's Heavy Relic aging treatment and a Faded Fiesta Red nitro finish with white binding and pickguard. This is one sweet piece.
The specs on this beautiful Tele include: a two piece Alder body with a total guitar weight of just 7.5 pounds. The neck shape is called a 60's Oval C with depths of .80" at the first fret and .94" at the twelfth fret by my measurements and most of the finish has been removed from the back of the neck for a smooth, dry playing feel. The AAA grade Indian Rosewood fretboard has a 9.5" radius, 6105 frets and a 1.650" nut. The pickups are Custom Shop hand-wound '63 single coils with volume, tone, a three-way and modern wiring.
This is one fantastic Tele. I play a lot of these, but this one is particularly good, even by Fender Custom Shop standards. It just feels right as soon as you pick it up and it nearly plays itself it is setup so nicely. The vintage output pickups give it a classic Tele voice, nice and twangy without being annoyingly piercing. Please check out the brief sound sample provided. This guitar sounds so fine!
This guitar shows no evidence of play. This guitar is as it came from Fender and the buyer will be the first to play it for anything other than test purposes. The frets are as they came from the factory too. It comes in it's original brown G&G case with all the case candy, including the certificate and the build sheet.
This is a great looking, playing and sounding Telecaster Custom in as new condition. Don't pay $3,800 for a new one when this beauty can be yours for more than a grand less. A very nice Custom Shop Tele indeed. Make it yours!

Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
