2016 Master Built 1954 Telecaster Heavy Relic by Jason Smith
This is "1954 Telecaster Heavy Relic" model produced by master builder Jason Smith.
It is a reproduction of the Telecaster made in 1954, and the body is made of one piece ash.
Fine weather checks and tiny dents on the entire body, buckle marks on the body back, and paint peeling on the back of the neck have been reproduced by the builder, giving it a vintage look that has been played hard for many years.
The neck has a slightly thick soft V shape, the fingerboard radius is 7.25R with medium jumbo type frets.
The pickup is equipped with a hand-wired pickup (flat pole piece) signed by Josefina Campos.
The frets have some dents around the low position, but there is about 80% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
There is a slight smell of tobacco.
