2008 Fender Deluxe Players Strat Sunburst

Summary: This is a 2008 Fender Deluxe Players Stratocaster with a wonderful dark vintage sunburst finish. This Fender has been recently set up with a new set of 10’s and it plays and sounds great.

Body: Solid Ash body with lots of cool character in the wood and a dark vintage sunburst finish.

Neck: Maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, vintage style tuning keys, 21 Medium Jumbo frets, 25.5” scale length, 1.650” nut width

Pickups/Hardware: 3 vintage Noiseless Strat pickups, 1 volume knob, 2 tone knobs, gold hardware, white pickup covers & knobs, 4-ply brown shell pickguard, 5-way switch

Cosmetics: This Fender is in pretty good shape – I do see lots of pick scratching on the pickguard & some buckle rash on the white plastic back plate – there are a few dings & scuff marks on the body – all wear is consistent with a well-loved and played Fender that has been around for over a decade.

Playability: We set this instrument up with 10’s and the action is low & comfortable – the truss rod is fully working & the neck is straight.

Modifications: This instrument doesn’t have a case & it is missing the original whammy bar.
