2015 Fender FSR Stratocaster Black

Summary: This fine instrument is a limited run, made in Mexico Fender Stratocaster. Black on black gives us all images of David Gilmore & his classic Fender Stratocaster. This instrument has recently been set up with a new set of 10’s and it plays and sounds fantastic.
Body: Solid body Stratocaster
Neck: Maple neck with black dot inlays, 21 frets, 1.6875” nut width, 25.5” scale length. Classic C shaped neck with a beautiful gloss. The frets are in great shape & have a ton of life left in them.
Pickups/Hardware: Replacement bridge pickup, 2 single coil pickups, 5-way switch, master volume, 2 tone knobs. Chrome hardware, original Fender tuning keys, FSR sticker on the back of the headstock, Fender gold logo with black outline, BWB 3 ply pickguard.
Cosmetics: This black on black Stratocaster looks totally awesome on our guitar floor. The cream colored pickups & knobs add some great contrast & make the finish look even cooler. This instrument does have normal wear like pick scratching on the pickguard and on the body above the pickguard. There is one large ding on the lower bout on the back of the guitar that shows down to the wood. There are various scratches on the back of the guitar as well.
Playability: This Fender Special Run Stratocaster plays great up & down the glossy maple fingerboard – the action is low & the truss rod is fully functional – this guitar has recently been set up with a new set of 10’s.
Modifications: The bridge pickup has been replaced with a Custom shop Semour Duncan Pearly Gate pickup.
