Price reduced your make this the most competitively priced, all-original Nocaster on the market.

We are the third owner of this truly epic time capsule.

This guitar embodies the principle that there is simply no replacement for the real thing. The feel, weight, resonance and tone is unmistakable, the definition of a vintage guitar.

After an exhausting inspection (all pictured here - and if the pics don't all fit you're welcome to ask for more), I have determined that the guitar is all original, every last screw. The Fender logo is neatly and 100% intact.

The date on the tape in the control cavity reads 8-22-51. The neck pocket reveals Tadeo's initials (TG), and the date 8/14/51. The same initials and the date 8/27/51 grace the end of the neck heel.

The only thing that momentarily me pause on this statement is the high E tuner. It has the worm gear hole protruding through the side of the tuner housing, unlike the other 5 tuners. I've seen this many times on older guitars, and especially Fenders, where parts were basically grabbed from bins and manufacturer transitions just didn't matter. The tuners are all "no-line" Klusons, each with the same patent info on the underside, and all with the same patina. There is absolutely no sign on the headstock that anything else has been on there, and every single part and screw is original, so I deem the tuner variation to be original as well.

Pot codes are unreadable as they are covered in solder, as is typical - the codes are centered on the flat surface of the pot housing. The start of one code is visible as "30", which would point to correct Stackpole parts. All solders, wire and the switch are clearly original to the guitar.

Included is the original ashtray and Fender guitar strap. The strap was customized with some really cool leather punch work, adding a sweet tough of uniqueness to the package.

Blacklighting reveals no overspray, which is plainly apparent to the naked eye. The finish on the lovingly played neck visibly creeps up the edges of the original frets, which have plenty of life left to enjoy playing the guitar. The nail holes, made in the body during the finishing process, and all the other holes are free of finish. The cigarette burns at the start of the headstock, the impression of the ashtray bridge, the typical finish wear at the end of the neck near the pickup, the light checking throughout - it is all pure bliss to behold.

The case is original as well, and it is in excellent condition with all latches, clasps and the handle all intact.

Happy to chat at length about the guitar. Go ahead and message me here and we can arrange a call, a video conference, whatever works!

Partial trade would be considered, at a rate that would allow me to bring the trade in and mark it up like I would the next guitar I might buy with cash. I would expect to receive and review the trade in item prior to sending the Nocaster out. Shipping is included.

Payment terms are pretty limited here. Buyers who have a resale permit and can wire transfer will be the cleanest to deal with. In person exchanges are also welcome. Buyers outside the US may be considered, but those with state side buying agents are preferred as I'd rather not ship it overseas myself, despite having done so with less prized guitars in the past.
