Summary: This Fender Roland Ready Stratocaster is from 2003 and it comes with a gig bag. This instrument was made in Mexico and it was made to connect with the Roland GR devices for synth effects but it still functions perfectly as a normal strat straight into an amp. This instrument has been inspected & setup with a fresh set of 10s.
Body: Solid body Stratocaster with a naturally worn black finish and a 3-ply W/B/W pickguard
Neck: Maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 21 frets, 25.5” scale length, 1 5/8” nut width, white dot inlays, original Fender tuning machines.
Pickups/Hardware: 3 single coil Stratocaster pickups, the Roland Ready pickup, 5-way switch, 2 volume knobs, 1 tone knob,
Cosmetics: This Roland Ready Stratocaster shows plenty of honest wear – there are a few nice sized dings on the top, scratches on the back & some wear on the back of the neck. There is some fret wear on the first 3 or 4 frets but it doesn't affect playing and the notes all ring out true.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
Weight: 7 lbs, 13 oz.
