1962 Fender Showman Head Blonde
Description
Up for sale is a super players grade 1962 Fender blonde era Showman head. As shown in our photos the faceplate has been removed as have the original knobs. The cabinet and tolex appear original but the tube chart is 90% missing. Although there is no "Showman" brand on the amplifier it does have 4 6L6 tubes instead of the 2 a Bandmaster would have. The transformers are coded 606117, 606140 and 45945 and visible pot codes date to 1961. The circuit is primarily original sans the original filter caps being replaced and an added bias pot. This amplifier sounds fantastic and as is would make a wonderful recording / live amp or could be restored it with some proper knobs and a repro faceplate.

Any item returned not in the same condition it left our store is subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion.
