1992 Fender SRV Stratocaster Sunburst with Original Hardshell Case

Summary: This SRV Stratocaster is in fabulous shape and has just been setup and restrung with a new set of 10s. It ships in its original tweed hard-shell case with lots of Fender paperwork and gold trem bar. It has a nice chunky neck with a Pau Ferro fretboard which Fender has confirmed was a special request by Stevie Ray Vaughn himself.

Body: Stratocaster body with 3 tone sunburst finish and 3 ply black/white/black pickguard with SRV engraving.

Neck: Nice chunky maple neck with pau ferro fingerboard, white dots, bone nut, 25.5” scale length and 1 5/8” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: 3 single-coil pickups, 5 way switch, 1 volume, 2 tones, gold hardware, bent steel saddles and synchronized trem.

Cosmetics: This Strat is in beautiful shape and was likely cherished as a collectable rather than a player. The only signs of use are some pick scratches on the pickguard.

Playability: Our in house luthier has just inspected, set up and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s and it is playing beautifully with low action and a straight neck. The frets are in great shape with no grooves or divots.
