1966 Fender Stratocaster Olympic White

Some of our favorite Fender guitars come from the "transtion" era of 1966 when CBS had taken over the company but most of the desirable, early features remain. This 1966 Stratocaster is a perfect example, with a great playing, December 1965 neck, original grey bottom pickups, "transition" logo, and lightweight body, this guitar has all of the vibe and sound of the Pre CBS era Strats without the collector price tag. The body has been professioally refinished in a nitrocellulose "Olympic White" finish that has aged over the years with signs of weather checking and the patina you'd expect on a 60 year old guitar. It includes the original hardshell Fender case. A great choice for any player.
