1999 Fender Stratocaster Purple Sparkle, Good, $699.99

Summary: This purple sparkly Stratocaster appears to be somewhat of a parts guitar. The neck is a 1998/1999 Fender Deluxe Stratocaster neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The body looks like a real Fender and it has an awesome finish, noiseless Fender pickups, cool knobs that match the colors of the body and a pearloid pickguard. This one is a real looker! This guitar ships without a case but we will box it and wrap it well.

Body: Stratocaster body with 3 noiseless pickups, one volume knob & one tone knob.

Neck: 1998/1999 Fender maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays, locking tuning keys, roller nut – the nut width is 1 11/16” and the scale length is 25.5”. The frets are in great shape & have a ton of life left in them.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, gold knobs, 3 noiseless Fender pickups, one volume knob & one tone knob, 5-way switch, tremolo system, pearloid pickguard.

Cosmetics: This guitar does show some wear from being played over the past 20 years, however, the frets are really in good condition and the grain in the maple neck looks really nice. The body has some small nicks & dings in the finish but they are very hard to see in photos because the finish hides any imperfections.

Playability: This guitar plays like an American Stratocaster Deluxe should – the action is low & the guitar plays with no buzzing or dead spots. We set this baby up with 10’s and it is ready to be played and loved…..

Mods/Repairs: The finish on this guitar has either been redone with a magnificent sparkling purple or it is also possible that this is a non-original Fender body. The neck likely comes from a different guitar. We included photos of the neck & the neck pocket on the instrument - the body does appear to be a real Fender.....
