1953 Fender Telecaster neck TG signed

This isn't something we see every day, a March of 1953 Tadeo Gomez signed neck that looks pretty much all there. I bought this for myself several years ago to put on my refinished light weight 52 body. I injured my left hand and slowed down a lot and kind of gave up on anything new and exciting for myself- I sold several guitars here, through my shop I had recently bought for myself, Mosrites, Rics, stuff like that. I hung onto this neck hoping that would change, but have plenty of guitars and don't feel like I would ever use it. Frets look right, black lights well, the only thing I can point to is a small hole drilled in the walnut plug at the top of the headstock but does not go through, and should be easy to hide. The machines are right, the truss rod adjustment is correct for that era, and it's a great feeling chunky V neck, one of the best I have ever felt. I paid heavy just 'cause I dug it.
