1957 Fender Twin Tweed Low Power

The Fender Twin has never been a bedroom amp. These were gigged and often gigged hard so finding one that isn't pretty well trashed is unusual, if not impossible. This is the cleanest Twin I've seen in at least 40 years. It is a 1957 low power ("only" 50 watts) version with the dual rectifiers. It has had some of its caps replaced but the all important yellow Astrons are intact. Transformers are original. Speakers are original but have been re-coned. Tweed and grill cloth are original as well. The handle has been replaced. The cover is a bit ratty but original. I paid stupid money for this one and it has been part of my personal collection for a while now. Time to let it go.
