DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a clean and wonderful sounding 1972 Fender Vibrolux Reverb Silverface 2×10 combo amplifier. Built right after the famed “drip edge” Fender amplifiers this Vibrolux features a classic design with no master volume or funky push-pull pots. Both original speakers are coded 465141 dating to the 41st week of 1971. All transformers and the choke are original and are coded 606139, 606213, 606207, and 606208 dating to the 39th week of 1971 and the 2nd, 13th, and 7th week of 1972. This amplifier recently was serviced and given a clean bill of health. A 3 prong power cable was installed and the filter caps were replaced, otherwise this amp is stock-n-sweet and sounds oh so good. No footswitch with this one.
