Frye Model 1 White - Used
Ben Frye (our in-house luthier/repair guy extraordinaire) made a 50 of these beauties back in 2012. They're a loving tribute to the very first version of the Epiphone Coronet (one of which we were very lucky to have in our shop) and this is/was his personal axe that he's moving along to make room for other goodies. It's an amazing player and just oozes with vintage vibe. It has a solid sitka spruce body and a mahogany neck. He custom wound the pickup to PAF specs, unbalanced coil and not wax potted. The neck has a chunky late 50s feel. It's a lean and mean rock machine!
