Gibson BR-9 lap steel 1940's/50's
We recently picked up a few older lap steels, mostly 50's and 60's- We have had BR-9's before, this one has a great looking plexiglass cover over the pickup and sounds good. The original no line Klusons make me think late 40's or early 50's, I did not want to disassemble and look at the pot codes. It has some dings and scuffs but looks good, and the original hard case is solid and in nice shape. Jack plate looks replaced, otherwise looks to be all there.
