This YCS" (Yamano Custom Shop) "1958 Les Paul Reissue Figured Top DJ" is a custom order from Yamano Music Store, the distributor at the time.
Although it is a '58 model, it is made of beautiful flamed maple with a three-dimensional feel and weighs only 3.72 kg, making it a very light instrument.
The neck grip has a thick and rounded shape typical of the '58 model.
The pickups are Burstbacker 1&2, zebra and black, both original. (Pickup covers are also included.)
The pickguard is not originally mounted and no screw holes are drilled. (The pickguard is included.)
There is some discoloration by light mainly to the binding and head logo, minor paint damage to the head (top edge), and some minor scratches and scuffs to the body, but it is in good condition for its age.
Fret wear is minimal and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
