Gibson Custom Shop 2017 Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul HRM VOS
The "1958 Les Paul HRM VOS" model is made of hard rock maple with flecks.
The top of the guitar is finished in a light reddish washed cherry color, with a three-dimensional feel and fine grain depending on the angle of view.
The neck has a 59 profile shape and the guitar weighs 3.89kg, making it one of the lightest '58 models.
It has a True Historic spec, with maple & mahogany hide glued body, True Historic parts, new body carving, refinished realistic plastic parts, etc., and equipped with two Custombucker pickups .
The jack plate has a crack, there are shallow buckle marks and numerous pockmarks on the body back, some pockmarks on the body sides, pockmarks and scuffs around the end pins, and discoloration of red shade on the back of the neck.
The frets have some deep dents, mainly in the plain string low position area, and there is about 70% remaining overall.
The neck and truss rod are both fine.
