1946 Gibson ES-150 Sunburst

A unique, one-owner instrument, this 1946 ES-150 is the first year the P90 picukp was introduced on this model. The original owner replaced the knobs with early 60's "Reflector" Knobs and had his name painted on the front of the guitar in gold lettering. The large, 40' neck profile, deep body, and early dog-ear P90 pickup give this a stellar tone, perfect for swampy blues, jazz, and western swing. This guitar also includes early features like a "Script" Gibson logo and "Single Line" Kluson tuners. Guitars with stories like this are becoming incredibly hard to find and make a great addition to any collection.
