1954 Gibson ES-175 "Sunburst"

A very fine example of an early ES-175, this 1954 model features an original and very rare "Les Paul" branded trapeze style tailpiece, similar to what would be found on ES-295 models. The pair of "Dog Ear" P90 pickups deliver a wide array of great tones while the comfortable '54 neck profile make this a stellar playing guitar, as well. A very clean example, this guitar sports a beautiful "Sunburst" finish on it's fully hollow body, with a dark brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and the guitar is completed by the original brown Lifton hardshell case. A perfect example of an early ES-175.
