1960 Gibson ES-335 Sunburst, Excellent, Original Hard, $34,000.00

Super clean and bright and shiny fairly early stop tail 1960 ES-335 with the more desirable 59 features. Original but for a set of Uncle Lou tuner tips and a pro re-fret. This is a collector grade piece in 9+ condition. Neck profile is transitional-not like a huge early 59 and not like the ultra slim 61 either. Sealed PAFs. Lightweight at 7 lbs 11 ounces. Original brown case by Stone of Brooklyn. High quality stop tail long guard dot necks are getting scarce and the other dealers are pushing fifty grand on 59's in this condition. There is no difference between a late 59 and an early 60. This one is pretty reasonable when you put it up against the others out there.
