Description

Recently, a rare factory black 59 ES-345 sold for over $150,000 (I know, I sold it). If a black 345 is worth $150K, what is a black 335 worth? Well, it depends on what year it is. A 59, if you could find one, would probably approach $200,000. This guitar is a black 335 but you won't have to mortgage the house to get it. Because it's a 66 and not a 59. Doing the math, a 66 sunburst 335 is worth around $10K in 9+ condition. Factory black usually triples to quadruples the value. This special order black 335 is in near mint condition and is all original with no issues of any kind. Pickups are sealed patents (not T-tops) and everything is just as it was when it was sold on New York City's 48th Street. Neck profile is medium/chunky with a 1.58" nut. Original case.
